At PawNova, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality pet products and an excellent shopping experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:   

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for returns for hygiene and safety reasons, especially if the product has been heavily used or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
